Estimated Time of Registration: It usually takes up to 14 business days to get the company registered upon submission of the application to the Trade Registry.

Bank accounts: The costs and duration of the bank account opening process depend on the chosen bank/jurisdiction and the company’s UBO structure.

Tax registration of the newly incorporated company:
